Product Summary

The AD7574JN is a low-cost, 8-bit up compatible ADC which uses the successive-approximations technique to provide a conversion time of 15us. Designed to be operated as a memory mapped input device, the AD7574JN can be interrfaced like static RAM, ROM, or slow memory. Internal clock, +5V operation, on-board comparator and interface logic, as well as low power dissipation and fast conversion time make the AD7574JN ideal for most ADC/uP interface applications.
